Media Sales Division
The Media Sales Division is the largest distributor of school and offices products in Trinidad and Tobago and carries an extensive range of stationery and office products as well as supplies for all major brands of imaging equipment including printers, photocopiers and multifunction devices. Our Advertising Specialties Department provides high quality promotional products custom printed to your request. We cater to the needs of both the general public and those of small and micro-businesses through this arm of the business.
Eric Solis Division
Eric Solis Marketing Limited - A Subsidiary of The Office Authority is a leading supplier of imaging solutions and business equipment such as photocopiers, digital diplicators, facsimile machines and shredders to the public and private sectors. Well known for its service expertise, the company services what it sells and provides its own warranties, supported by the manufacturers' warranties.
Printing Division
Office Authority - Printing Division formed from the merger of the Print Operations of CPPP (1993) and Media Print Limited is the largest volume commercial print facility in Trinidad & Tobago. It provides commercial, digital and wide format print, CD/DVD publishing and a full stationery and promotional range of items. It is best known for its high quality printed annual reports, destination guide magazines, corporate marketing pieces and calendars. We also produce a variety of other items including letterheads, business cards, compliment slips, commercial documents, and customized printed stationery.
Trinpad Division
The Trinpad Division is the first local manufacturer of exercise books and paper stationery items and is one of the longest standing local brands synonymous with our local heritage. Through its state of the art equipment, Trinpad also provides customer branded cut size paper to local distributors and exports to more than 10 countries. We also manufacture envelopes and provide specialty printing including cheques and forms.
